One of my greatest purchases. This thing was a lifesaver. Recently just moved over 700+ miles and this endured rain, hail, and freezing cold temperatures. Massive amount of space and very heavy-duty material. Not a drop of water inside the weather-tight zipper and seal. Extremely durable and heavy-duty. I fit two large suitcases and then about 5 smaller bags around and on top to fill in space and make a subtly aerodynamic structure.

Looking for extra storage on your next road trip? Well, this rooftop cargo bag is what you need. Purchased this to go on a road trip because we needed extra storage. This worked out so well we really didn't have to put any main luggage in the car. This carrier held 5 people's luggage plus a large duffel bag. It rained (a lot) on our ride to the location and no water got in this bag. It also did not shift around while driving. Best investment I've made in a while!

Traveled from Massachusetts to Florida and back again last week and this thing was awesome! We didn't experience any rain so I didn't get to test that, but I loved the additional storage while traveling with the luggage of 6 people for a week, plus a mid-sized dog in the minivan. It was much easier than cramming everything into the cab! This was 100% worth every penny!

Great value! Needed some extra space in our van (2013 Chrysler Town & Country) for a recent family vacation. One way was about 350 miles from home. Our van has crossbars on the factory roof rack. On the way there, I attached the front and rear straps to the crossbars as recommended in the instructions, which worked fine. On the way back, I decided to use the tie-down points on both sides of the rack (see attached photo). Both ways were very secure.

I was planning a 600-mile summer round trip with the In-Laws in town which filled up our MDX with no room for luggage. Did not want to spend $800 on a hard shell and do not have any room to store it afterward. I found this cargo bag on Fairdales and ordered it. It worked great. I was able to fit two airline-type carry-ons and four duffel bags, see picture. The straps worked great to secure the load. After the trip the cargo bag looks as good as new, my Father-In-Law wants one now.

The best thing we could have ever purchased. Went from South Carolina to New York with it on the top of our Ford Expedition reaching speeds of 80 miles per hour. It had two monster-sized duffle bags in it that were filled with enough luggage for 8 people for 5 days. It was well worth the money!

I bought this a couple of weeks ago for my trip from Scott AFB to Nashville. I must say this thing is hardcore. While driving in the mountains with how windy it was not once did I worry about the straps coming undone or loosening. Although my SUV is smaller and doesn’t have adjustable crossbars. I just folded the bag just enough so I could still fit 8 bags of the airtight ziplock bags full of clothes. I recommend this to anyone!!

It fits way more stuff than your usual cargo box. I took this on the mountain collective ski trip. We had 3 people + a big lab and I opted to put the skis in the backseat, dog took up the rest of the space, along with all the important stuff like cameras and laptops. All clothing went on top. This thing easily handled snow and 100+mph winds. Everything inside was fine. It's also more gas efficient and doesn't make my car drift in the wind on the mountain passes. Way better than cargo boxes.

Drove from North Carolina to Anchorage, Alaska. Put a little glue / marine goop on a few spots of the seams that looked weak just in case of hard rain. 18 days on our car in the elements. Everything is perfectly dry. Used with the Bison roof rack. It is exceptional for the price.

I can’t say enough great things about this bag!! Super solid construction! Drove it across county carried 2 inflatable paddle boards plus bags. No noise and no rips! On the way back we were rained on for the whole day - including some heavy rain and very windy. I was pleased when we unloaded and I found the inside completely dry. Very happy with this cargo bag. You won’t be sorry about this purchase!!

Totally satisfied with this product after our short 200-mile trip with speeds up to 80+ mph, but mostly in the 70-75 mph range. Also, we hit a short spout of rain and all items in the bag were 100% dry! I was absolutely pleased with the performance on this short trip. I did stop a couple of times just to check that it was secure and no worries at all! It will be used on future trips!

OMG! I loved this product. Drove in my Volvo XC90 from Columbia SC to Tacoma Washington(2900+ mi) and more than half my trip was in the rain. Got to my destination and not only was everything dry but it was still secure in place on the roof of my car. I recommend this product to anyone needing a little extra cargo space. I packed an XL suitcase, XL military Ruck Sac, King Size blanket, and an XL Ziploc bag of clothes. I tied the bag down with extra cargo straps, even at 80mph it didn't move!

Great rooftop cargo bag!! This was the first time we have ever had any external storage on a vehicle, and we couldn't have been happier. We drove over 1,500+ miles at speeds up to 85 mph (including twists and turns through the mountains in WV), and this bag did NOT move! We also encountered a bit of rain along the way, and everything was still dry upon arrival at our destination. I used this bag on a 2013 Subaru Impreza (hatchback) with crossbars, and everything fit as expected.

Worked well for what I needed it to, I was able to fit quite a bit in it - including 4 camping chairs and a folding table, a yoga mat, and two medium-large-sized suitcases. It worked well. Compacts down fairly small for storage when not in use.

1000 mile round trip, off-roaded with it, no complaints, it held a bunch of large totes, camp supplies, food, clothes, we packed it to the max! Great quality for the price!
