Call me lazy, but I've always slacked with cooking hard boiled eggs the traditional way. I never knew when they were done and left them on the stove for 20-30 minutes. This microwave egg device is wonderful. I put them in for 8-9 minutes and get the same result every time - hard boiled perfection. Now I'm eating the eggs much more regularly in salads and as a snack. Great product for making the cooking simpler.

This egg boiler is my new favorite kitchen tool! I can't believe how easy it makes peeling hard boiled fresh eggs. I used to wait until the eggs weren't so fresh before I hard boiled them and now I can have hard boiled eggs no matter how fresh the eggs are. It takes about 9 minutes for my microwave to hard boil the eggs in this boiler which means if I want a hard boiled egg for breakfast I don't have to do it the night before and eat it cold in the morning!

I love hot hard-boiled eggs and this is an easy way to get them! It cooks 4 eggs to hard-boiled in 8 minutes. And here's a tip about what to do next. I set the cooker in the sink, run cold water into it and then tip the eggs into the bottom of the unit with a little water. Then put the lid on and shake the whole thing firmly about 10 times. Not too hard! They peel like they're anxious to shed their skins and are still hot to eat. Yum!

What a wonderful product. I boil eggs very often and it was always a pain to boil them in a pan. Sometimes the eggs cooked too long if I was busy. And all my stainless steel saucepans would turn black and scaly after boiling eggs in them. No more since I got this egg boiler. It's so simple, just fill with water, place eggs, set microwave to 8.5-9 minutes and forget about it. What joy, and precious minutes saved in the morning! The design is cute too.

I bought this out of curiosity, and I was pleasantly surprised to see how well it works. When I'm boiling a large number of eggs, I steam them rather than boil, and the shells slip off easily. This little cooker steams the eggs, but does it in the microwave. Just like stovetop steaming, the eggs peel easily. I just rinse it off after using and then I just hand wash it. Easy. Bought a few more of these egg boilers for gifts.

I take a lot of boiled eggs with me as I live out on the road for a week at a time. It has always been a pain to boil the eggs, and most times, deal with eggs that don't peel well. With this one, very cost effective microwave appliance, eggs got a whole lot easier. They aren't as hard to cook, and aren't as hard to peel. In fact, it's easier to peel than any other method and trick I've used to try to peel boiled eggs.

We LOVE this PERFECT boiled egg cooker!! I've purchased two. They have worked perfectly every time. We cook in our 1000 and our 1100 watt microwaves at 8 to 9 minutes, respectively, and get yellow yolks - not green - not that I really care. U might want to test a couple times in your microwave if you do care about color.

I wanted to be able to quickly prepare hard-boiled eggs for breakfast during the week; this "gadget" is a great solution for that. Handy hint - I fit in 5 eggs by slanting the 4 & topping off with another. See my photo for layout. Also, all of the water does not evaporate from the base so it can be re-used multiple times.

I love hard boiled eggs and make them frequently for egg salad, deviled eggs, etc.. But this is my first time trying a microwave egg boiler. I had no idea how this worked or what to expect but I am very happy with this egg boiler. If you boil eggs as much as I do, you will love the convenience of being able to get great results in your microwave.

I do a lot of traveling by vehicle with a microwave my only source of cooking in the hotel room. Okay folks, this does what the manufacturer says it does. Simple, easy to clean. What more can you ask for? It works for me and I am happy.
