The fact that I have a piece of kitchen equipment that is not contributing to global warming makes me proud of myself. Makes life very easy when chopping vegetables. You can have large chunks or very fine chunks, it's all down to the number of times you use the plunger. Be careful though because the blades are super duper sharp. It's quite big so you can get a lot done at once. You can even shred meat pieces. Everyone should have this in their kitchen!!!

I purchased this product primarily for cutting onions, ginger, and nuts for the making of desserts. The first thing that impressed me was the size of the product. Whilst most choppers could only handle one onion or one piece of ginger, this could handle a lot more. Further, it was ergonomically aesthetic in that there was no effort of pulling, as this operated on push technology. The blades are sharp, the parts easy to assemble and clean, and the product convenient to store.

This is a fantastic product. It’s obvious if you’re batch cooking and need to chop lots of vegs. That said, it’s so easy to use and then clean, I used it to chop one onion the other day for an omelet. Finely chopped in just seconds! My biggest surprise was how well it chops garlic. I thought the cloves would just bounce about inside, but no, finely chopped garlic in seconds. This is a great bit of kit. Buy one now!

The one press manual food processor is a delight to use. Very compact, lightweight, and easy to set up. We make lots of salads and stir-fries, and it is great for chopping carrots, onions, apples, nuts, herbs, etc. One of our favorite dishes is coleslaw, and it chops the cabbage to perfection. Very easy to clean and store. Overall another fine product from Fairdales.

This chopper is very good. I bought it because I was fed up shredding cabbage as it hurts my spine to do so. I was able to chop up carrots and cabbage in minutes. Also, I used it to chop up mushrooms. It chopped them very finely. It is very efficient and gives a quick result. The blade is very sharp so please be careful when you wash it. As advertised.

This is easy to set up and quickly deals with the salad preparation. The blade is sharp and only a few pushes chops things for omelets, salads, etc. Most important to me is a very quick easy clean and then back in the cupboard. This is so much quicker and less fiddly than getting the motorized chopper out - faster to clean up - and will be using this in preference to the motorized unit! Recommend!

Here's an example, I needed finally chopped red and brown onions with several cloves of garlic for some burgers - less than 10 seconds for 1-1.5mm diced results and less than a minute to wash up. That to me says it all, that's 10/15 minutes saved on one use, and the list goes on. Highly recommended.

I absolutely love it! It's great that you don't have to plug it in, it's super easy to clean and put away. The blades are very sharp! It chops food into tiny pieces which is perfect! It takes seconds. I recommend this 100% it saves loads of time chopping veggies up!

Bought this for when I’m making my homemade meatloaf or meatballs, makes a great job of making breadcrumbs and actually chops the onions better than my electric food processor. I have an expensive processor and couldn’t believe how good a job this one did when my sister bought this one for use at our mother's, that is why I purchased it.

My husband broke my electronic chopper some time ago and I absolutely hate chopping onions. I saw this one press manual food processor and it looked so easy to use. I started dicing all I could find! Handles carrots and onions with ease. Cannot recommend it enough.
