It has a multi number of uses and is something I keep in my handy repair kit at all times. I just used up my previous roll and this is a reorder. I find it so useful that I would be lost without having it on hand. I use it to fix all kinds of leaks both in and outside the house. It not only is used in an emergency but for any kind of leak. It stops the leaks and will last a long time until I can make a permanent repair. I have left it on a leak for years and it has yet to fail me.

On a Sunday morning I discovered a very large hole in the u pipe under my kitchen sink. A friend gave me a roll of this tape and I was amazed at how well it worked... in fact as a couple of smaller holes appeared I used most of the roll and not one leak. I believe it's only for temporary use but I had it in place for 2 weeks (until I could afford to call the plumber). The rolls I just bought were to replace my friend's roll and have one for myself for emergencies. It really works well.

This should be in every trunk, toolbox, garage, bug out bag, emergency vehicle this tape is incredible. My waterline had a leak out near the meter. Dugout around the area and cleaned off the rusty crusty lumpy bumpy 1” steel pipe to some degree. It was still nasty, anyway wrapped this tape around the leak 4 layers 6” to either side of the leak. About 5 weeks later we’re ready to run new line and that taped area was completely dry. This tape in amazing stuff and I keep it around now.

This is an excellent small gift for everyone who does repairs. After the recent hurricane, I had a light tunnel in my house that lost its dome cap so the next rain caused a leak. As I await a new dome cap, I had to cover the open tunnel on the roof somehow. Nothing else we tried worked - but finally I remembered I had this tape in my tool kit. It was the only thing that was able to tightly hold piece of tarp around a 10" diameter hole.

This stuff is absolutely amazing. I had a leak in the pressure side power steering hose on my 32,000 lb. bus, and had to take it 30 miles to the shop. Luckily I had this tape with me, I cleaned the leaking area of the hose off with brake cleaner and put about 5 wraps of the tape over the hole. Then proceeded to drive 30 miles without leaking a drop. I was amazed at how well it worked, and will have a roll in every vehicle I own from now on.

This product is GREAT! I use it for everything. I wrapped it around the gear shift lever of my motorcycle and now my shoes don't get that black stain on top of the left toe. I have used it to repair hoses and a bunch of other things I may have just thrown away in the past. I used it to water proof some electrical connections on my motorcycle and car. My golf league allows one to carry a "rock club", so I added a layer to the grip to get a softer more secure grip on it.

I've used this tape with great success on a number of regular repairs, and also high-temperature and high-pressure repairs over the past several years; however, to use it correctly, you MUST follow the instructions. This "tape" isn't like duct tape - it doesn't have a "sticky" side. You must stretch the tape and wrap your project, and then the tape will fuse / bond to itself and to what you're wrapping. When used correctly, you'll find it's an excellent product!

I bought this to fix a leaking hose. It worked great for that job, no recurrence of leak at the spot I fixed. The directions are pretty simple, cures pretty quick, and very solid once it's cured. Also ended using it to wrap a shower head pipe. I had a shower caddy that kept slipping down because the pipe was too narrow. So I built up the width with this tape, which has a very gummy texture when cured, and it never slipped again.

Many years ago we installed a fairly extensive network of irrigation lines of black polyethylene pipe. Over the years I have had to mend many leaks. Frequently this required cutting the pipe. With this tape I have been able to simply wrap the tape around the pipe at the leak and clamp to get a leak-free repair. A great savings of time and trouble.

This tape really worked for me. Had leaks in my house water line and also in my garden hose. All leaks stopped. My water pressure is 60 lbs. I'm going to order more for emergencies..
