We have a wood stove we use every day in the winter. We had purchased the electric fan as part of the installation package but found the electric fan to be useless when we were out of power due to an ice storm. When this little fan arrived after using it one time we were quite impressed with the amount of warm air it moves. It's cold as a cave in the living room without the wood stove. Since we got this we haven't even turned the electric fan on.

Great product! Can't rave enough about this little contraption. My husband has an engineer mind and is so fascinated by how this thing works. An added bonus that we didn't realize when we first bought it... the motor is extremely quiet. It's nice to not have the hum of a fan all the time. It actually makes us like our old old stove more than some of the newer stoves we have seen with the noisy blowers on them. Highly recommend!

We love this little guy. We heat exclusively by wood and have frequent power outages, so it's nice to have something circulating the hot air that doesn't require any electrical input. It also serves as a visual warning if your fire is dying down (Fan started slowing down? Quick, stoke the fire!)

This little fan creates a nice warm atmosphere and needs NO ELECTRICITY to run! It sits neatly on top of the wood stove and runs when the stove is warm. Virtually silent!!! Can read a good book and not hear growling rattling fans. Very nice. Thank you.

These 4-blade wood stove fans work great! It effectively and quietly moves a considerable amount of heated air away from our woodstove and out into the larger open areas of our house. This is a quality product and a quality store, where I have purchased multiple products from. You definitely get a high-quality, completely quiet, and well-constructed fan for the price. I'm also very happy that it operates with very little heat. You won't find a better fan for this price!

I heat my house with 2 woodstoves and have been using electric fans to move the air from the stove, which then wastefully run all night, long after the stove fire goes out. Have only been using this wood stove fan for a week but so far am very happy with it. While the stove is hot it is silently moving air across the stovetop. It doesn't create any noticeable breeze, even when running at high speed, but when I tried lit incense the fan draws the smoke horizontally. Very pleased with this!

I first saw this when I was visiting a colleague, I decided to give it a try too, and am delighted with my little fan. I heat about 80% of the time with a woodstove and this is the perfect device to help get the most out of it. It's quiet, self-powered (heat convection), and really helps circulate warm air in the 1,000 sq ft of my split entry home.

Great little fan. Helps warm up the cabin quickly. Sits nicely on top of the wood stove and is easy to move. Lets you know when it's time to load more wood as the spin slows down. Very happy with this purchase. I highly recommend this well-made fan. Very solid.

This is just what I wanted. I have another one so I wanted a second for the wood stove. We heat primarily with wood and these work great to circulate the heat. They are as effective as using the electric blower and much more cost-efficient. We don’t rely on any electricity now.

Fired up the woodstove last night with our new fan. That baby was spinning beautifully and really helps move the warm air away from the stove and into the living space. So far, so good. Worthwhile purchase and appears to be a quality-made item that is for a nice change. We are happy.
